Job summary

All Roads Company is seeking an onsite HR Manager in Dundalk, MD to join our Admin team. The role covers employee relations, OSHA, workers’ comp, unemployment, policy implementation, and employment law compliance.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years HR experience, strong Excel skills, and a PHR/SHRM-CP; bilingual (Spanish) a plus. We offer benefits including medical/dental/vision, 401(k) with company contribution, PTO, holidays, tuition reimbursement, team lunches, and community involvement

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business or other relevant education.
• Strong working knowledge of Excel.
• At least 5 years of HR experience, 2+ as a manager.

Responsibilities

• Perform timely customer service by answering employee requests and proactively finding solutions (UKG experience helpful).
• Handle employee relations issues independently and efficiently.
• Oversee automobile accidents and follow up as needed.
• Maintain and monitor workers’ compensation files.
• Assist in evaluating reports and recommending improvements to policies and procedures.
• Maintain HRIS records and compile reports from the database.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state and local employment and benefits laws and regulations.

Compensation & Schedule

• Onsite in Dundalk, MD with flexible start time (regular business hours)
• $85,000-$100,000 based on experience

Responsibilities

1. Perform positive and timely customer service functions by answering employee requests, questions and proactively finding solutions. UKG experience helpful.
2. Ability to handle employee relations issues independently and efficiently.
3. Oversee automobile accidents and follow up as needed.
4. Reports, maintains and monitors all workers’ compensation case files.
5. Assists in evaluation of reports, decisions and results of department in relation to established goals. Recommends new approaches, policies and procedures to continually improve efficiency of the department and services performed.
6. Maintains HRIS records and compiles reports from the database.
7. Maintains compliance with federal, state and local employment and benefits laws and regulations.

Education & Skills
