Job summary

CSN- Omaha is seeking a multi-talented HR Manager to lead HR strategies aligned with our mission and goals. You will oversee recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, payroll and records, helping our teams grow.

Office hours are Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm. We value diversity and provide benefits including health, dental, vision, retirement matching, tuition reimbursement, PTO, and wellness initiatives.

Qualifications

• One year of Human Resources experience with knowledge of Nebraska state and Federal employment law.
• Effective verbal and written communication with a diverse population.
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, reliable transportation, and successful background checks.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership in HR strategies aligned with CSN’s mission and goals.
• Oversee recruitment, retention, interviewing, onboarding, employee relations and payroll administration.
• Manage HRIS (Paycor) and maintain personnel records with accuracy.
• Foster employee engagement and performance management to support outcomes.
