Job summary

InDyne in Crestview, FL is seeking a Human Resources Manager to lead HR operations for the EOMS HR Office. You will supervise staff, oversee recruiting, training, labor relations and benefits administration under the HR Director.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree with 6+ years of related experience; PHR or SPHR certification is preferred. Occasional travel and an office-based environment may be required.

Responsibilities

• Oversees recruiting, hiring, training, labor relations, performance management and benefits administration functions.
• Assists HR Director in developing and maintaining HR policies and forms; advises on policy changes.
• Updates and advises senior management on employee relations issues.
• Ensures regulatory compliance including EEO-1 and OSHA reporting; maintains required records.
• Directs and trains HR staff on employee relations, benefits, personnel law, union issues and compensation.
