State of Oklahoma’s Human Resources Manager position leads HR activities for ODMHSAS facilities. You will supervise an HR Business Partner and two Recruiters, providing leadership and direction across recruitment, employee relations, personnel actions, and other HR services.

The ideal candidate communicates effectively, handles sensitive matters with discretion, and thrives in a fast-paced environment while delivering excellent service to employees and agency leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience with Workday in a state system.
