Job summary

EMS Management & Consultants, Inc. is seeking an experienced Manager, HR Operations & Employee Relations to lead the organization’s Employee Relations and corrective action processes while overseeing Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, HRIS, and compliance.

You will partner with leaders to guide investigations, enforce policies, and drive risk mitigation, ensuring consistent application of practices and scalable HR services across the company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
• 5+ years of HR experience with employee relations and operations.
• Experience leading HR Operations functions and investigations.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end corrective action processes and coaching.
• Own Employee Relations matters, investigations, and policy compliance.
• Oversee Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, HRIS, and compliance.
• Partner with leaders to guide ER matters and workplace investigations.
• Drive process improvements and risk mitigation across HR operations.
