Job summary

Sodexo is seeking an HR Manager in the Jacksonville, NC area to manage complex HR issues and administer programs for this account. You will support the employee life cycle, including training, employee relations, recruiting support, and educating managers on policies and procedures.

This role trains and advises operations teams, ensures compliance, and collaborates with a cross-functional group to improve processes and maintain accurate records across the USMC-E region.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) required.
• Minimum 2 years of management experience.
• At least 2 years of related HR experience.

Responsibilities

• Support the employee life cycle, including onboarding and records management.
• Provide training and coaching to employees and managers on HR policies and procedures.
• Assist with recruiting support and candidate coordination.
• Educate managers on HR policies and procedures and ensure compliance.
