• Solid HR generalist background with broad knowledge of employment, compensation & benefits, organizational planning, employee relations, and training and development.

Responsibilities

• Oversee hiring of qualified applicants for open positions.
• Coordinate onboarding, background checks, drug screens and new hire orientations.
• Administer HR programs including compensation, benefits, leave, and performance management.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state and local employment laws and policies.
• Communicate policies to employees and maintain confidentiality.
