As a key contributor, you will handle complex HR issues, ensure data accuracy, and support Sodexo’s food operations for the USMC-E Region. This role emphasizes collaboration, process improvement, and compliance across the site.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of management experience.
• 2+ years of related HR experience.
• Experience handling employee life cycle, onboarding, and records management.

Responsibilities

• Support the employee life cycle, including training, employee relations, recruiting support, and educating managers on policies and procedures.
• Handle complex HR issues and administration for the account.
• Support Sodexo’s food operations in the USMC-E Region.
• Collaborate with managers and cross-functional teams to ensure policy compliance.
