You will collaborate with senior leadership, drive HR initiatives, and help shape culture across the company. The role requires 4+ years of HR generalist experience, benefits and 401k expertise, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Qualifications

• 4+ years generalist HR background with experience across all core HR functions.
• Expertise with benefits administration and 401k.
• Experience in an acquisitive company.
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employee relations.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Comfortable working independently while partnering cross-functionally.
