Job summary

PeopleShare is partnering with a growing utility and infrastructure services organization to hire an experienced Human Resources Manager. This on-site role in Fort Washington, PA offers hands-on leadership, direct access to executive leadership, and the chance to build and lead the HR function.

You will manage full-cycle recruitment, develop HR policies across multiple states, oversee compensation, benefits, training, and compliance, and guide employee relations and performance management.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive HR experience across multiple HR disciplines.
• Experience building HR programs, policies, and processes from the ground up.
• Knowledge of federal and multi-state employment laws.
• Experience managing full-cycle recruitment for professional/salaried/admin roles.
• PHR/SPHR/SHRM certifications desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for salaried, professional, and administrative positions.
• Develop HR policies, procedures, and best practices; ensure multi-state compliance.
• Oversee onboarding, I-9, benefits enrollment, and employee data accuracy.
• Lead employee relations, investigations, and performance management processes.
• Partner with leadership on compensation, benefits, and organizational development.
