Qualifications

• Experience leading recruiting or HR teams and delivering client-focused HR services.
• Strong written and verbal communication and excellent customer service.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• 2–3 years of staffing, customer service, or HR experience.

Responsibilities

• Source, hire and place employees for client needs.
• Analyze market trends for recruiting methods, staffing and wage information.
• Serve as a liaison between client and employees and document issues.
• Research new business for Staffmark Group and current customers.
• Develop relationships with local organizations and community leaders.
