Job summary

DSV - Global Transport and Logistics in New Albany is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to drive HR initiatives across the business. You will work closely with leadership to support recruiting, employee relations, training, payroll administration and policy development.

The role requires partnership with clients, management of HRIS records, and effective communication to ensure compliance and business alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business or related field; 3 years of HR experience.
• Must be able to work in unregulated temperatures within the warehouse during warmer/colder months.
• Experience with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides HR solutions including recruitment, compensation, training, payroll administration and policy development.
• Maintains employee records and HRIS data in compliance with legal requirements.
• Supports hiring needs: posting jobs, screening and selecting candidates.
• Communicates company policies and supports leadership in policy enforcement.
• Assists in employee relations issues and investigations as needed.
