As an HR leader at this boutique law firm in the heart of Portland, you’ll play a dual role supporting both HR functions and the day-to-day operations of a busy legal office. You’ll collaborate closely with your team to assist in all aspects of HR operations, benefits, and day-to-day interactions with employees. Additionally, you’ll coordinate onboarding and offboarding, and support benefits administration.
On the operations side, you’ll help coordinate staff workflow and coverage to ensure the office runs efficiently, in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. You’ll serve as a central point of contact for the office, partnering with vendors and building management to address facility needs, and maintain a professional workplace.
