Boly:Welch is seeking a mid- to senior-level Employment Attorney in a hybrid role, based in Oregon. You will represent employers in wage-and-hour, wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and leave matters, handling cases from pleadings to trial, while mentoring juniors and supporting business development.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of employment litigation experience, Oregon State Bar membership, and a JD.

Interested in bringing your employment litigation experience to a collaborative practice group? This powerhouse law firm is seeking a mid- to senior-level Employment Attorney ready to take on engaging cases.

In this role, you’ll represent employers in employment disputes relating to wage and hour, wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and leave matters. You’ll be responsible for your cases from start to finish – drafting pleadings, managing discovery, motions practice, trial preparation, and representing clients in depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials. Additionally, you’ll counsel clients on a range of employment matters and risk mitigation.

Competitive candidates will have strong interpersonal and client service skills, as you’ll be asked to mentor junior associates and engage in business development.

This is a hybrid position.
