- Bilingual Spanish/English required; must be comfortable communicating directly with employees in both languages.
- Strong working knowledge of employee relations and general HR practices.
- Experience with recruiting, onboarding, benefits, leave administration, workers' compensation, and HR compliance.
- Ability to work effectively with employees at all levels, from production employees through senior management.

- Strong communication, organization, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Working knowledge of HRIS, payroll/timekeeping systems, and Microsoft Office preferred.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a hands-on HR professional who enjoys working directly with employees and supervisors in a manufacturing environment. This individual should be approachable, practical, organized, and comfortable handling a broad range of HR responsibilities.
Spanish/English bilingual capability is essential to success in this position. The HR Generalist must be able to establish credibility and communicate effectively with both English-speaking and Spanish-speaking employees, ensuring that employees have consistent access to HR support regardless of their primary language.
