Immediate opening for a HR Manager who possesses:
- 3-5+ years of experience
- Employee benefits management experience
- ADP Experience
- Must be Extremely organized and have strong attention to detail
- Strong knowledge in Excel, Word and related office software
- Willing / able to travel
- Great attitude + strong attention to detail
- Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast pace environment
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Create and maintain company-wide human resource policies and procedures
- Develop HR plans and processes to support Operations, strategy and cost reduction goals
- Create, update and maintain employee personnel, training and development records
- Create, update and maintain employee personnel, training and development records
- Create, update and improve employee onboarding and termination compliance process
- Build, manage and improve recruiting and retention of talent, internally and through third parties
- Develop, manage and maintain an effective performance review and employee development program
- Negotiate, manage, administer and maintain all employee benefit programs
- Prepare level of benefit and cost share analysis for benefit programs
- Reconcile and approve benefit invoices and deductions for payment
- Prepare for and manage all open enrollment programs with assistance of third-party broker
- Manage and maintain 401k Plans, files, procedures and contributions
- Perform leadership role with regard to the 401k Plan investment committee
- Manage workers compensation insurance claims and follow up through to closure
- Work with operations to create, assist or maintain OHSA logs and required safety postings
- Support external reporting, filings and other third-party documentation requirements
- Provide creative ideas on ways to improve culture and create a fun and safe work experience
- Provide office management, administrative support and leadership to the organization
- Enhance and improve Company culture in conjunction with Company goals and objective
- Organize, plan and implement employee engagement, celebrations and events
- Work with Customer Service, Sales and Management to develop first impression / visit programs
- Maintain a positive and supportive working relationship with employees and management
- Prepare analysis and other support for, insurance, benefit, 401k or tax audit requirements
