Established, privately held company is seeking an HR Coordinator to support daily human resources functions in recruitment, payroll, FMLA, benefits, and employee relations. As the HR Coordinator, you will report to the HR Manager and will be responsible for the following tasks:

1. Minimum of a high school diploma or GED
2. Depending on level of education, minimum of 2-5 years of human resources experience
3. Exposure to payroll processes
5. Working knowledge of FMLA
6. Microsoft Office, specifically Excel
1. HRIS experience
2. Experience partnering with staffing agencies
3. Manufacturing and/or logistics experience
4. Benefits administration
