Job summary

TTM Technologies, Inc. is seeking an HR M&A & Integration Project Manager to drive HR due diligence, organize data rooms, and coordinate pre-close assessments with senior HR leaders.

You will serve as the operational backbone of HR M&A, ensuring documentation and processes are thorough and well-structured. Post-close, you will support Day 1 readiness, onboarding transitions, benefits harmonization, and HRIS consolidation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 8-10 years of project management experience, with exposure to HR.
• 5+ years of experience supporting M&A, integrations, or related initiatives.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate HR due diligence activities for potential acquisitions.
• Prepare HR data packs: workforce demographics, headcount, compensation, benefits, org charts.
• Assist in Day 1 readiness planning: communications, onboarding, benefits enrollment.
• Support HR integration planning: milestones, owners, timelines, governance reporting.
