Job summary

TTM Technologies, Inc. in the United States is seeking an experienced HR M&A & Integration Project Manager to lead people-related due diligence, post-close integration planning, and transition activities across deal teams. This role sits in HR and partners with Legal, Finance, IT and Operations.

You will develop integration plans, track milestones, manage confidential information with integrity, and ensure HR delivers timely, well-coordinated support throughout the deal lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business or related field.
• 8–10 years in project management with HR exposure.
• 5+ years in supporting M&A, integrations or transformations.
• Strong knowledge of HR functions: benefits, payroll, HRIS, talent acquisition, compliance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and professional discretion.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint; HRIS familiarity (e.g., Workday).
• PM certifications like PMP/CAPM are preferred.
• Experience with Smartsheet or MS Project and data visualization tools.

Responsibilities

• Support HR due diligence activities during pre-close review.
• Coordinate workers data, governance, and HR data packages.
• Assist in HR Day 1 readiness planning and onboarding processes.
• Track integration milestones across HR Operations, Payroll, Benefits, and Talent Acquisition.
• Prepare HR integration status updates for governance reporting.
• Assist in organizational design, role mapping, and headcount reconciliation.
• Maintain HR M&A playbooks, templates, and transition toolkits.
• Collaborate with Legal, Finance, IT and other functions to support integration goals.
