Job summary

TDK U.S.A. Corporation is seeking an organized HR professional specializing in M&A Support to coordinate due diligence, integration planning, employee communications, and post-close activities within the Human Resources team.

This role requires handling confidential information and collaborating across HR, Legal, Finance, Payroll, and business leaders. The ideal candidate has 7–10 years of progressive HR experience, strong project management, and experience with ESOPs/LTI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 7 to 10 years of progressive HR experience.
• Experience supporting M&A, due diligence, integration, restructuring, post-close integration or organizational change initiatives.
• Experience supporting the setup or administration of ESOPs, LTI or other employee ownership/equity programs.
• Strong project coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Support HR due diligence efforts for mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and related transactions.
• Review and analyze workforce data, including headcount, organizational structure, compensation, benefits, policies, and employee relations considerations.
• Assist in the development and execution of HR integration plans and transition timelines.
• Partner with internal stakeholders, including HR, Legal, Finance, Corporate Development, Payroll, and business leaders.
• Support the alignment of HR policies, processes, systems, and programs across organizations.
• Draft and coordinate employee communications related to transaction announcements and integration activities.
• Maintain trackers, dashboards, and project documentation to monitor progress and risks.
• Help ensure compliance with applicable employment laws, privacy requirements, and company policies.
• Support the evaluation, design, and implementation of ESOP or LTI plans, in partnership with Legal, Finance, and senior leadership, ensuring alignment with transaction objectives and applicable compliance requirements.
• Support onboarding, retention, and employee experience efforts following transaction close.
• Contribute to lessons learned and continuous improvement initiatives following M&A activities.
