Job summary

Orica is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to lead people integration and employee experience during acquisitions and transitions in Centennial, CO. The role partners with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to execute integration plans and deliver a thoughtful employee journey.

You will shape workforce data analysis, job mapping, grading and remuneration assessments, while guiding communications and governance across multiple workstreams.

Qualifications

• Requires qualification in Human Resources, Business or related discipline.
• Experience as HR Business Partner, including integration support.
• Experience delivering complex HR projects or organizational change initiatives.
• Strong analytical capability with workforce data.
• Experience creating stakeholder communications and change materials.
• Excellent planning, prioritization and cross-functional project coordination skills.
• Confidence producing high-quality presentations and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate employee transfers, onboarding and transition activities after acquisitions and changes.
• Act as a trusted contact for acquired employees and managers during the transition into Orica.
• Coordinate work across HR, Payroll, People Services, Talent Acquisition, and other stakeholders.
• Champion Orica’s culture, values and people practices throughout the integration journey.
• Support workforce due diligence with data collection and validation.
• Analyze organization structures and support job mapping, grading and workforce planning.
• Partner on remuneration, incentives and benefits assessments and transition recommendations.
• Prepare clear reports, presentations and executive briefing materials.
