Orica is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to lead people integration and employee experience during acquisitions and transitions in Centennial, CO. The role partners with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to execute integration plans and deliver a thoughtful employee journey.
You will shape workforce data analysis, job mapping, grading and remuneration assessments, while guiding communications and governance across multiple workstreams.
