Job summary

PayPal is seeking a key HR leader to drive mergers and acquisitions strategy. You will lead due diligence, integration of HR processes, and change management to harmonize cultures and retain critical talent across the organization.

Reporting to senior leadership, you will ensure legal and regulatory compliance, design people strategies, and partner with business leaders and PayPal's units to achieve successful M&A objectives in a balanced hybrid work model based in Austin, TX.

Qualifications

• 10+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute HR strategies that support M&A objectives.
• Conduct thorough HR due diligence to identify risks and opportunities.
• Lead the integration of HR processes, systems, and policies.
• Develop and implement change management plans.
