Qualifications

• Ability to translate complex situations into actionable insights for business leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and delivery of key people processes including talent and performance management.
• Coach and develop leaders, providing insights on teams and organizational growth.
• Use data insights to identify trends and influence evidence-based decisions for talent and engagement.
• Collaborate with Employee Relations to address escalations and recurring people issues.
• Analyze organizational effectiveness using data and feedback to align structure with strategy.
