Job summary

McAfee is seeking an energetic HR Generalist to shape employee experience across North America. This hybrid role in New York requires 1-2 days per week in the Manhattan office and collaborates with HRBPs on lifecycle, talent, and programs.

You will own onboarding, transitions, analytics, and annual programs, acting as a trusted advisor and bridging TA with hiring managers. Strong Excel and data storytelling skills are essential to translate insights into actions.

Qualifications

• 4+ years progressive HR experience (employee lifecycle, talent, operations).
• Proven ability to lead independently with minimal direction.
• Strong business acumen; connect people strategies to outcomes.
• Project management excellence; detail-oriented; organized.
• Strong Excel skills and comfort with HR systems—good use of AI tools.
• Data interpretation and storytelling—translate insights into action.

Responsibilities

• Onboarding and integration: drive first-day experiences and manager readiness.
• Transitions and offboarding: manage employee moves and organizational changes.
• Trusted advisor: be the go-to resource for HRBPs, managers, and employees.
• Spot trends and solve problems: notice patterns and propose scalable solutions.
• Bridge TA and hiring managers to ensure both sides have what they need to succeed.
