Job summary

McAfee is seeking an energetic HR Generalist based in New York for a hybrid role with 1–2 days in the Manhattan office. You will own HR programs that shape employee experience across North America, partnering with HRBPs and managers to deliver lifecycle initiatives and operational excellence.

You will help bridge strategic priorities with execution, drive workforce planning, and lead annual programs for performance, compensation, and engagement while leveraging data analytics and AI tools to

Qualifications

4+ years progressive HR experience (employee lifecycle, talent, operations).
Proven ability to lead independently with minimal direction.
Strong business acumen; connect people strategies to outcomes.
Project management excellence; detail-oriented; organized.
Strong Excel skills and comfort with HR systems; good use of AI tools.
Data interpretation and storytelling; translate insights into action.

Responsibilities

Own onboarding and integration; drive first-day experiences and manager readiness.
Manage transitions, offboarding, and organizational changes with care.
Act as trusted advisor to HRBPs, managers, and employees on lifecycle matters.
Partner with TA on strategy and execution; anticipate risks and develop action plans.
Lead North America coordination of performance management, talent reviews, compensation cycles and engagement programs.
