Job summary

McAfee in the United States is seeking a Specialist, Affiliate Partnerships to drive growth across the affiliate program. You will manage strategic relationships, optimize performance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to expand revenue and market reach.

This hybrid NYC-based role requires on-site presence as needed. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in affiliate marketing, strong negotiation and analytical skills, and experience with CJ/Impact/Partnerize.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, partnerships, performance marketing, or digital marketing.
• Experience with CJ, Impact, Partnerize, or similar affiliate platforms.
• Experience supporting international affiliate programs.

Responsibilities

• Manage strategic affiliate publisher relationships across North America, EMEA, LATAM, and other regions.
• Build and execute growth strategies to expand revenue, customer acquisition, and market reach.
• Lead business reviews with partners to drive continuous improvement.
• Analyze affiliate performance and optimize campaigns and promotions.
