Job summary

Covenant Health is seeking an HR Service Representative - FMLA Specialist in Knoxville, TN. This full-time role focuses on advanced FMLA/LOA administration, benefits, disability, workers’ compensation, HRIS, Kronos, and ADA accommodations.

You will lead complex leave-related tasks, interpret policies, and ensure data integrity across systems in a fast-paced environment. Local travel is required.

Qualifications

• Five years of admin/technical HR support experience.
• Experience with leave policies and processes.
• Knowledge of FMLA/LOA laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced HR Service Center support and guidance on FMLA/LOA administration.
• Serve as subject matter expert on company leave policy and practices.
• Communicate with employees, managers, and physicians’ offices as needed.
• Provide clear technical guidance to non-technical personnel.
• Ensure data integrity by extracting data from multiple systems and maintaining compliant records.
• Stay abreast of state and federal leave laws and regulations.
