Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required from an accredited college or university.
• Minimum 5 years HR experience in leaves/benefits or employee relations.
• Knowledge of FMLA and ADA required.
• Experience with HRIS systems preferred.
• Proficient with MS Office and Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Administer full life cycle of leaves of absence.
• Act as subject matter expert on leave and ADA accommodations.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state laws and University policies.
• Provide guidance to faculty and staff.
