Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a Learning Program Associate within Human Resources to influence positive change across Corporate Functions and Talent globally. You will apply sound judgment, coordinate across functions, and use approved AI tools to accelerate execution while ensuring audit-readiness and compliance.

The role involves managing CPE submissions, budget tracking, and live program operations, with partner collaboration across VPs, facilities, and instructional design teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with minimum of 3 years of experience in Learning or program management.
• Strong project management skills; able to manage multiple projects concurrently; excellent attention to detail and urgency in delivering accurate work on time.
• Demonstrated AI proficiency, including applying approved AI tools to improve productivity and quality of work, and willingness to learn and adopt new AI-enabled workflows.
• Ability to manage direction from multiple VPs, organizing, prioritizing, and escalating conflicts in a timely manner.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; proven track record of building positive working relationships.
• Self-starter who is enthusiastic, self-motivated, and effective under pressure, able to independently research and network firmwide, and take accountability.

Responsibilities

• Administer learning records and rosters in the LMS and submit administrative requests into a Portfolio Management tool.
• Own the Continuing Professional Education (CPE) submission process end-to-end and qualify courses for credit.
• Own the team's budget tracker, record invoices and spend, escalate budget risks.
• Maintain course inventory across Finance, Internal Audit and HR, ensuring standards and audit readiness.
• Manage end-to-end operational responsibilities behind live Capstone and other programs, coordinating with stakeholders.
• Coordinate scheduling, participant logistics, materials, vendors, and milestones with VPs.
• Coordinate with Conference Center and AV teams to reserve classrooms and arrange logistics.
• Refine training materials with instructional design teams and measure learning effectiveness for exec-level insights.
• Draft and manage training enrollment communications and resolve LMS tickets to completion.
• Maintain information repositories, compile training data for regulatory requests, and support AI-enabled dashboards.
• Apply approved AI tools to improve efficiency, quality, and scalability while ensuring accuracy and compliance.
