This role blends learning strategy with engineering craft and leverages tools like GitHub Copilot and Claude. You will architect scalable learning programs, govern AI-enabled practices, measure impact with engineering telemetry, and partner with Lines of Business, Tech Centers, and external platforms.

Qualifications

• :Experience designing and scaling learning, engineering enablement, or developer experience initiatives for large technical populations.
• :Understanding of modern software engineering patterns and practices across the lifecycle, including agile and product delivery.
• :Model and advocate AI-enabled ways of working using developer tooling and data-driven practices to improve capability development.
• :Hands-on proficiency with AI coding assistants and code-generation tools (GitHub Copilot, Claude).
• :Experience building data-driven measurement frameworks that connect learning activity to outcomes.
• :Strong written and verbal communication for executive strategy documents.
• :Working proficiency in Python for data analysis.
• :Familiarity with AI-native developer tooling and workflows (CLI AI agents, Model Context Protocol integrations).

Responsibilities

• Serve as the firm's SME for software engineering learning and enablement, guiding capability development and AI fluency.
• Architect and shape the firm's software engineering learning and enablement strategy, influencing priorities across Lines of Business, Tech Centers, and engineering domains.
• Establish the learning architecture, standards, and frameworks for modular, source-controlled learning experiences centered on AI adoption.
• Build learning content into firmwide development programs, including internal conferences, technical workshops, early career education, and internships.
• Lead learning communities and accelerate adoption of modern engineering approaches at scale.
• Define firmwide measurement standards linking learning investments to engineering telemetry and outcomes.
• Establish governance frameworks and guardrails for responsible AI-enabled engineering.
• Direct platform and vendor governance across learning applications and tooling in scope.
