Qualifications

• 3+ years in compliance, risk, controls, regulatory change, or data governance in financial services.
• Knowledge of issue management, control design, and testing.
• Ability to collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Controls, and Technology.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills to translate technical topics into business terms.
• Strong written and verbal communication for documentation and updates.
• Ability to learn quickly and manage multiple priorities globally.

Responsibilities

• Support compliance with laws, rules, and regulations related to AI use in HR.
• Assess regulatory requirements affecting HR AI use cases and help action planning.
• Support programs on AI and data privacy, including EU AI Act, Colorado AI Act, and CCPA requirements.
• Translate requirements into practical HR controls, documentation, and implementation plans.
• Assist with AI governance reviews, model risk alignment, due diligence, and gap remediation.
• Maintain guardrails on fairness, transparency, data minimization, explainability, and testing.
• Coordinate with Legal, Compliance, Controls, Technology, and HR partners to gather inputs and track deliverables.
• Support change management by maintaining documentation and readiness items.
• Prepare summaries, trackers, materials, and status updates for governance forums.
