As an AI Policy and Regulatory Change - Senior Associate in the HR Chief Data Office team, you will support key transformation initiatives across AI governance, reporting to the Vice President responsible for AI Policy and Regulatory Change. In this role, you will help execute work related to regulatory change, AI use case governance, controls, documentation, stakeholder coordination, and delivery tracking. This is an execution-oriented role with clear responsibility for supporting discovery, requirements gathering, backlog management, delivery coordination, issue tracking, and quality review.
