Job summary

Forvia North America invites applications for the Human Resources Generalist within our Leadership Development Program (LDP). The program spans three years with two or three 12-month rotations across facilities, offering broad HR exposure and mentorship, with eventual placement in a permanent core field role.

Initial rotations will be in Manufacturing Plants or Technical Centers, with opportunities across HR Generalist, Talent Acquisition, Training and Development.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, or a related discipline.
• Willingness to relocate at the conclusion of each rotation.
• Knowledge of fundamental HR principles and concepts.

Responsibilities

• Engage daily with assigned employee populations and support engagement initiatives.
• Help develop impactful employee engagement strategies and measure outcomes.
• Track, analyze, and report data to aid in decision-making.
