Job summary

Medline Industries, LP is seeking high-potential graduates for its HR Development Program, a 32‑month rotational track across Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Early Careers, Learning & Development, Total Rewards, HR Business Partner, and Belonging. During four rotations (eight months each), you’ll partner with HR leaders to diagnose needs, deliver programs, and build leadership capabilities.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in HR, I/O psychology, business, or related major; senior standing with 3.0 GPA preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and influencing skills.
• Unrestricted permanent US work authorization

Responsibilities

• Four rotations across HR functions, each eight months long.
• Collaborate with HR leaders to support HR programs and services.
• Develop leadership abilities through coaching and exposure to senior HR leaders.
