Polaris Inc. invites graduates to join the Human Resources Leadership Development Program (HRLDP), a 3-year rotational opportunity designed to build business acumen, leadership capability, and HR expertise. Participants experience HRBP, HRG, and CoE tracks across U.S.

sites, with relocation included for rotations. Program participants rotate among HR functions in Medina, MN; Plymouth, MN; Wyoming, MN; Roseau, MN; Huntsville, AL; Rigby, ID; Elkhart, IN, and more, with a pathway to full-time HR

Qualifications

Bachelor's or master’s degree in business, HR, or related field with anticipated graduation Aug 2026–May 2027.
Must be US person and able to relocate for rotations.
Minimum GPA 3.0.

Responsibilities

Partner with business leaders to align talent strategies with organizational goals and drive workforce initiatives.
Drive talent management to ensure leadership and talent pipeline.
Lead performance management through coaching and development planning.
Provide employee relations guidance and implement policies consistently.
Support total rewards programs and market practice alignment.
Enhance organizational effectiveness through design, planning, and engagement initiatives.
Ensure HR operational excellence with compliant processes and data reporting.
Enable organizational change by guiding leaders and employees through changes.
