Job summary

Eaton's Early Career Programs offer MBA or Master’s students an opportunity to gain hands-on HR experience during a 12-week paid internship, mentored by seasoned HR professionals. You’ll work on Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, Change Management, and Business Acumen projects while networking with senior leaders.

Relocation to an Eaton site is required, and interns participate in core learning series and cross-functional experiences to build leadership capabilities and readiness for future roles.

Qualifications

• Actively enrolled in a Master's or MBA in Human Resources Management, IO Psychology, or related field.
• Geographically flexible to relocate anywhere within the United States.
• Eaton does not provide visa sponsorship for this position.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, and Change Management projects.
• Engage in Business Acumen, Workforce Planning, and Compensation/Benefits initiatives.
• Participate in HR generalist activities and cross-functional projects under senior HR leaders.
