Travelers invites ambitious students and recent grads to join the Human Resources Leadership Development Program (HRLDP) internship. Based in Hartford, CT or St.

Paul, MN, you will gain hands-on experience across Compensation, Employee Relations, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, People Analytics and HR Operations. Mentored by HR leaders, you’ll work on project-based assignments with clear deliverables, while exploring AI-enabled tools and practical HR applications.

Qualifications

• GPA of 3.0 or higher preferred.
• Pursuing or completed degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Knowledge of basic HR concepts and practices.

Responsibilities

• Support HR functions across compensation, employee relations, talent acquisition, and analytics.
• Engage with senior HR leaders and mentors during the internship.
• Contribute to projects with defined deliverables and learn modern HR tools.
