You will define skills with department managers, conduct gap analyses, and drive implementation of the Employee Handbook in alignment with Magna's charter and core values.

You will lead the HR team, prepare for audits, and coordinate recruitment activities from resume screening to offer letters.

• Defines required skills with department managers and ensures gap analyses and countermeasures.
• Leads and directs the HR team, ensures policy manuals and handbook are current and passes audits.
• Manages recruitment processes, interviews, background checks and contingencies.
• Maintains employee relations, forums, and communications; supports safety committees and policy implementation.
