Evenlite Inc. is seeking a hands-on Human Resources Manager to lead all aspects of HR for our growing manufacturing organization.

This role is ideal for an experienced HR professional who thrives in a department-of-one environment and enjoys balancing strategic initiatives with day-to-day execution. You will partner with executive leadership to shape our culture, support employees, and build processes that strengthen the organization for the future, including payroll through ADP Workforce Now

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years of progressive HR experience with demonstrated success independently managing a comprehensive HR function.
• Experience supporting manufacturing/industrial environment preferred.
• Experience with recruiting, employee relations, performance management, compensation/benefits administration, HRIS, leave administration, workers' compensation, and policy development.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the organization's primary HR resource and trusted advisor to leadership and employees.
• Lead recruitment, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and orientation.
• Provide coaching/mentoring to leaders on employee relations, performance management, conflict resolution, and employment law.
• Lead employee relations matters with professionalism and sound judgment, including workplace investigations and appropriate resolutions.
• Administer compensation, benefits, leave administration, workers' compensation, and unemployment.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local employment laws.
• Own the integrity of the HRIS, employee records, reporting, and HR systems while continuously improving HR processes and operational efficiency.
• Develop, update, and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee communications.
• Administer and continuously enhance the performance management process.
• Coordinate employee training, engagement, recognition, and development initiatives.
• Own the payroll function, including the administration and processing of bi-weekly payroll through ADP Workforce Now.
