Job summary

That's Good HR, Inc. is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to own the HR function and partner with company leadership. This hands-on role balances compliance, employee relations, payroll, benefits, and organizational support.

You will lead day-to-day HR operations, maintain employment law compliance, support recruiting and onboarding, manage workforce planning, and drive improvements across HR policies and processes while aligning with business goals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive HR experience.
• Experience with employment law and HR compliance.
• Payroll and benefits administration experience.
• Experience supporting an operational workforce preferred.
• PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day HR operations and employee support.
• Maintain compliance with employment laws and regulations.
• Manage employee relations, investigations, and performance matters.
• Oversee payroll, benefits, and HR records.
• Support recruiting, onboarding, and workforce planning.
• Partner with managers and leadership on HR needs.
