Job summary

Hanwha Q CELLS America Inc. is seeking an HR Generalist to support our HRBP team with routine HR processes and transactions.

The role collaborates with Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, and other HR functions in a fast-paced, global environment, based in San Francisco or Irvine, CA. You will coordinate job requisitions in Jobvite, manage employee movements in Cleverse, and maintain accurate HR records while exploring improvements to workflows and processes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in HR, HR coordination, HR operations, or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent combo of education and experience.
• Strong working knowledge of HRIS platforms, ATS systems, and HR Operations workflows.
• Cleverse and/or Jobvite experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support to the HRBP team and coordinate routine HR activities.
• Process and coordinate job requisitions in Jobvite, ensuring information and approvals are complete.
• Process employee movements in Cleverse: transfers, promotions, changes.
• Maintain accurate employee records, assist with HR reporting and audits.
• Identify opportunities to improve HR workflows and efficiency.
• Serve as contact for routine HR questions and escalate complex issues.
• Monitor HR requests, follow up, and communicate status.
• Provide backup tactical support to HRBPs during absences.
