Job summary

Church & Dwight Co., Inc. is seeking a Technology Transformation Manager to own the technology strategy and transformation roadmap for HR, Legal, and IT.

You will lead AI-enabled initiatives and drive adoption across functions while partnering with architects, product owners, and delivery teams. You will shape a multi-year platform vision, leverage deep domain knowledge in HR and legal technology, and ensure data governance and security within enterprise standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Engineering or equivalent work experience.
• 7+ years in enterprise technology with HR or Legal platforms.
• Track record leading technology-enabled transformation, including process redesign and change adoption.
• Deep expertise in HR and Legal tech including Workday, Workforce Software, Saba, contract lifecycle management, matter management, and IT service management.
• Familiarity with SaaS, APIs and integration, and enterprise data platforms.
• Experience delivering AI or automation capabilities with value measurement and guardrails.

Responsibilities

• Own the multi-year technology roadmap for HR, Legal, and IT, translating strategy into a funded plan.
• Lead initiatives from concept through adoption with delivery teams, owning the business outcome.
• Prioritize and sequence demand across HR, Legal, and IT with investment trade-offs grounded in business value.
• Advise leaders on platform directions (Workday, contract management, etc.) across HR and Legal.
• Lead AI and automation adoption with clear value cases and guardrails.
• Redesign HR and Legal processes around modern platforms and AI, not just software implementation.
• Partner with Data & Analytics and Information Security to ensure AI-ready, high-quality data.
• Build and develop the team supporting HR, Legal, and IT technology.
• Define and report value measures including adoption, cycle time, cost to serve, and AI productivity gains.
• Own capacity and investment planning for the HR, Legal, and IT technology portfolio.
