Job summary

Everpure seeks a strategic and execution‑oriented Director, HR & Legal Technology and Transformation to lead technology strategy, enterprise applications, and transformation initiatives supporting the HR and Legal organizations.

The ideal candidate translates business priorities into an integrated application, data, and transformation roadmap, and oversees HR/Legal systems to improve employee experience, operational effectiveness, risk management, and business agility.

Qualifications

10+ years leading enterprise technology programs, including HR/Legal apps.
Proven record delivering complex enterprise system transformations.
Translate business strategy into technology roadmaps and measurable outcomes.
Strong HR and Legal technology domain knowledge (HCM, contract lifecycle, e‑Discovery).

Responsibilities

Define and execute HR & Legal technology strategy, architecture, and roadmap with cross‑functional partners.
Lead implementation, modernization, and integration of enterprise HR/Legal applications.
Build and maintain an integrated portfolio roadmap balancing outcomes, user experience, and risk.
Establish governance for ownership, data quality, and vendor relationships.
Oversee strategic vendors and partners with a focus on delivery and value realization.
Develop executive communications to clarify progress, risks, and ROI.
Lead, coach, and grow a high‑performing team of technology, product, and program leaders.
Represent HR & Legal technology needs in enterprise planning and security forums.
