Palo Alto Networks, Inc. is seeking a senior role in Legal Operations to shape technology strategy and deploy AI-enabled workflows across the legal function.

You will partner with Legal Leadership, IT, and Business stakeholders to design data-driven processes, govern legal workflows, and deliver measurable ROI.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, strong communication, and a commitment to Responsible AI practices within the Transformation Office.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Legal Operations, Legal Technology, or Legal Transformation roles.
• Experience as a Legal AI Engineer or Technical Project Manager implementing legal tech solutions (e.g., Legora, Gemini).
• Proven success in department transformation, change management, and ROI/success metrics for legal tech deployments.
• Strong understanding of legal department operations and intake workflows.
• Experience building Data & Analytics frameworks and complex dashboards.
• Excellent communication bridging IT requirements and legal business needs.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

Responsabilités

• Lead legal technology strategy and implement enterprise tools across the stack using Agile methods.
• Develop, optimize, and document AI workflows and tools in collaboration with IT and InfoSec.
• Design change management programs and training to drive adoption of new tech.
• Build and maintain data analytics frameworks and dashboards (e.g., Tableau) for the legal dept.
• Map and govern legal workflows in enterprise tools and ensure alignment with architecture.
• Serve as liaison between Legal and IT, Procurement, Finance, and Security.
