Mimecast North America, Inc. seeks a Sr. Director, HR Transformation & AI to align HR technology and data with the strategic roadmap, integrating systems, tools, and analytics across the organization.

You will shape how HR's platforms work together, guiding architecture and data governance. A small technical team will report to you, with collaboration across HR, Legal, IT, and Security. You will lead the AI roadmap for HR, drive responsible governance, and champion people analytics to inform

Qualifications

Experience leading HR technology, people analytics, or HR transformation in an enterprise environment.
Product-minded with a track record designing interconnected systems landscapes.
Experience defining and driving an AI or automation roadmap for HR data governance and privacy.
Fluency with people analytics platforms and data-driven decision making.
Strong stakeholder management and executive communication, including advising the CHRO.

Responsibilities

Own HR tech architecture and integration roadmap across Workday, Visier, and future platforms.
Define the employee and HR-user experience the roadmap should deliver.
Audit HR toolset for gaps, retire or consolidate tools as needed.
Set architectural standards for integrations, data flows, and security.
Own the end-to-end AI roadmap for HR and governance with Legal, IT, and Security.
Lead people analytics strategy and standards, including Visier build-out.
Establish data governance standards for accuracy, security, and privacy.
Lead and develop a small technical team, aligning with HR Leadership Team priorities.
