Everpure is seeking a strategic and execution-oriented Director, HR & Legal Technology and Transformation to lead technology strategy, enterprise applications, and transformation initiatives supporting HR and Legal. The role partners with executives to translate priorities into an integrated roadmap and oversee a portfolio of HR/Legal systems and services.

Qualifications

Extensive experience leading enterprise HR and Legal technology programs.
Proven ability to translate business strategy into technology roadmaps and investment cases.
Experience managing governance, vendor relationships and program delivery.

Responsabilités

Proactively identify and champion ideas to transform HR processes using AI and emerging tech.
Define and execute the HR & Legal technology strategy, architecture, and roadmap.
Act as a strategic technology partner to HR and Legal leaders to shape priorities and investments.
Lead implementation, modernization, and integration of enterprise HR/Legal applications.
Establish portfolio strategy across core platforms, integrations, and data products.
Drive end-to-end transformation from assessment to value realization.
Build an integrated roadmap balancing business outcomes, UX, security, and compliance.
Lead, coach, and grow a high-performing cross-functional team.
