Job summary

VLS Environmental Solutions, LLC is seeking a friendly, curious HR Intern for Summer 2027 to gain hands-on experience across human resources with a focus on Total Reward. This paid internship offers exposure to multiple HR functions and collaboration with seasoned professionals.

You'll rotate through learning, leadership development, talent acquisition, and regional HR partners, participate in field visits to sites, and join team events to develop practical skills and professional networks.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor’s degree in a related field (Human Resources, Business, Psychology, etc.).
• 3.0 GPA required; strong communication and organizational skills preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; basic familiarity with Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Support the Total Reward team with projects.
• Rotate through HR areas including learning, leadership development, talent acquisition, Regional HR Business Partners, and the Chief People Officer.
• Participate in field visits to company sites.
• Join in learning activities, team events, and development experiences.
