Job summary

LCS is offering a full-time, 12-week HR internship running May through August, 40 hours per week. Interns will work on real projects that influence the business and conclude with a presentation to senior leadership, showcasing outcomes and lessons learned.

• Currently enrolled in a college or university program
• Strong communication, problem solving, and collaboration skills

• Ability to work full-time (40 hours/week) throughout the 12-week program

Responsibilities

• The Human Resources intern will support the Talent Development team and receive practical, hands-on learning experiences in human resources with a goal of applying their classroom education to actual LCS projects.
• Assist with planning content for conferences by attending planning calls and participating in discussions to determine content
• Collaborate with leaders and team members across departments
• Participate in professional development and networking opportunities
• Present your project and summer experience to the senior leadership team at the conclusion of the internship
• Gain a broad understanding of our industry and operations through mentorship, training, and shadowing opportunities
