Job summary

LANGE Shared Service, Inc. invites ambitious students to join its Human Resources Internship from May 17, 2027 to August 6, 2027.

You will work with the Human Capital team on meaningful projects, gaining exposure to recruitment, data management in HRIS, and department support. The program offers professional development, senior leadership Q&A, volunteer initiatives, networking and more as part of a solutions-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree with a major or minor in Human Resources, or Business Administration.
• Basic understanding of the Human Resources field.
• Effective project management skills.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Experience with the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Assists with the recruiting process and perform tasks such as posting positions on job boards, scheduling interviews, screening resumes, and sourcing candidates from job boards.
• Maintains accurate and updated applicant and employee data in company HRIS and reports.
• Completes tasks and projects that will help to improve the effectiveness of the HR department.
• Works closely with HC staff to aid in administration tasks and special projects as needed.
